Your opportunity

We are looking for a strong, commercially driven individual with an entrepreneurial reputed company to reputed company an impact and help us grow in the BENELUX.

You’ll help reputed company grow by leading an exceptionally high-performing Direct Sales team, responsible for serving the full range of our sales targets from small businesses through to mid-market & large companies. You’ll report to the VP of Sales will work closely with the local and central teams and functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Define and implement a local cohesive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and market opportunities

  • Work closely with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and market penetration.

What you will bring

  • A driven reputed company leader with extensive sales and people leadership experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role (ideally manager of managers) in the SaaS or fintech industry is a plus.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas individually and through a team.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and reputed company a team.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to represent reputed company internally as well as externally

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company and maintain effective business relationships with C-Level.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
