About The Role

EliseAI is looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to take ownership of key initiatives that will help us scale. You’ll drive strategic projects and work cross-functionally to design and execute initiatives that improve both our client experience and internal efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client workflows and goals to surface opportunities for deeper adoption, automation, and operational scale 

• Build and refine internal processes to help the company scale more reputed company as we grow

• Work cross functionally with Solution Engineers, reputed company, Engineering, and Product teams to reputed company the execution of strategic projects  from start to finish

• reputed company project schedules on track, establishing and managing expectations while identifying potential timeline risks and addressing them proactively with clients or internal teams as needed

• Monitor project advancement and incorporate client feedback to facilitate ongoing enhancements

• Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team

Requirements

• Experience as a founder or at an early stage startup

• 5+ years of experience leading client projects 

• Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability

• Must reputed company in working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done in an reputed company environment

• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes reputed company salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, reputed company level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our reputed company Team during the hiring process.
