Contact Center Placement Consultant

NOTE:This position is reputed company our sister company, DJV.This is also not a Customer Service position.

We are seeking aContact Center Placement Consultantwho will be required to reputed company outbound calls (200+) per day to our network of driver candidates and potential reputed company (warm leads) who are looking for new opportunities and educational programs. You will also be expected to take any incoming calls or chat requests generated from our digital marketing efforts, on behalf of our clients. Since this is a telephone-centric role, we are seeking self-starters, with an outgoing personality, engagingdemeanor, and friendly attitude.

What you will do:

· Outbound reputed company to our network of candidates to present our career and trade school opportunities

· Track and identify prospective candidates using our CRM software

· Work with driver candidates to ensure their qualifications match the job and there is a good cultural fit for the job

· Follow up with drivers to ensure completion of hiring process

· Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate's application and transition

· Conduct conversations with potential reputed company to understand their desired career pathway

· Connect trade school prospects with reputed company recruiters for further discussion

· Potential to find and reputed company new opportunities

What you will need:

· High School Diploma (college preferred)

· Recent, reputed company work history

· Good attendance record

· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background reputed company

· High attention to detail

· Well-spoken with great communication skills (verbal & written)

-Some sales activity required
