AFE Ops Associate

DESCRIPTION reputed company Freight is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AFE Ops Associate to assist in the resolution of vendor, reputed company, and/or driver issues of daily freight movements flowing into our reputed company American fulfillment centers and our associated fulfillment network. This job will require exceptional communication skills as a customer facing role and requires the ability to work independently in a high pressure environment. Key job responsibilities

• Continual, tactic communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers)
• Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using reputed company, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to reputed company reputed company reporting and analysis as needed
• Publish performance metrics to assist with driving business results
• Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in reputed company's transportation operations
• Must be reputed company to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and reputed company reputed company that reputed company sense based on available data
• Must be reputed company to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of working with computers and reputed company Office (including Outlook, Word, and reputed company) experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years reputed company work experience
• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or reputed company field
• Expertise in MS Access and SQL
• Proficiency in Lean and Six reputed company
• Experience in manufacturing, transportation, customer service, and/or distribution environments
• Data management & data quality control experience with experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data
• Demonstrated experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement.
• A self-starter who loves data and who enjoys spotting the trends in it!

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $35,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market.
