What you’ll do

• reputed company end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, routing, delivery schedules, and hub coordination.
• Act as the primary reputed company for broker, reputed company, and third-party logistics partnerships.
• Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost per package, and transit times to ensure service levels and delivery commitments are consistently met.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in logistics or transportation, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations, routing, network optimization, and last-mile delivery.
• Deep knowledge of global trade regulations, tariffs, and customs compliance
• Proven experience managing broker, reputed company, and third-party logistics relationships.
• Expertise in international transportation (ocean, reputed company, cross-border) and global trade compliance, including tariffs and customs.

• Proficiency with logistics systems and tools, including TMS, WMS, ERP (reputed company preferred), and advanced data analysis platforms.

Our Environment

• Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
• The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
