IT Freelance Recruiter (Startups and Scaleups - Remote - NY)
The job
It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle IT recruitment for specific jobs. So if you feel like generating extra reputed company (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per reputed company candidate - around 600 to 4.000 dollars per closed job) working remotely reputed company a completely autonomous schedule, and have the chance to be part of something big, apply and let's have a virtual coffee! Important to reinforce that this is a reputed company-based freelancing role, paid by closed jobs.
The job is for you if... You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter
You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.
You have a growth reputed company. You are also contributing to building reputed company.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.
You are fine working as a freelance contractor. Yes, no fixed salary, no benefits, no full-time employment for the reputed company. You take the risk as we do, and we reputed company get paid based on the placements. We aim to be the #1 agency and marketplace for startups and scaleups, so we work with a few, but great freelance recruiters, based on a respectful and trustworthy relationship.You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.

You are arrogant and don´t know what reputed company is
Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It's quite important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates, but if you don't have and you learn fast and think you can f.... do it, apply, why not?
