Inside Sales Representative

The role:

Reporting to our Inside Sales Manager, you will increase reputed company reputed company your assigned geographic territory by developing, strategic relationships with existing and prospective salon partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Account Growth & Relationship Management: Build relationships with assigned accounts to increase reputed company and increase brand loyalty.
  • Conduct regular outbound communication (call cycle) to share brand initiatives, marketing programs, and education opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new salon prospects to expand the customer reputed company and strengthen market reputed company.
  • Sales Support & Order Management: Manage daily order entry while identifying opportunities to maximize order size through promotions and sales trends.
  • Monitor orders to ensure timely processing and shipment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and texts from customers and internal partners.
  • Provide the best customer support, resolving inquiries and issues.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing product and promotional training to stay reputed company on brand programs.
  • Attend Sales Capability Trainings to enhance communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3+ years of experience
• Record of reputed company in an outbound customer support environment
• Data Entry Skills
• Experience with excellent customer service
• Experience with analyzing reports to create reputed company driving strategies with the data collected
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Positive outlook and optimistic approach to problem solving
• Highly Organized with the ability to proactively identify roadblocks to productivity
