We're looking for a hungry, independent, and coachable salesperson who loves a challenge to help us grow our business in our reputed company channel- micro markets- with a primary focus on new clients and a secondary focus on growing business with existing clients. You will be selling our theft detection software and smart cameras through significant outbound reputed company and relationship-building. The position will start as contract-to-hire in a trial period to ensure it is a fit on both sides. This trial period can be full time or part-time depending on your needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • You will help with the reputed company growth and direction of the company

  • You will learn the inner workings of a small startup growing quickly and will receive a first-reputed company education in company-building in case you'd like to build your own company someday

  • You will receive sales training from the Sales Director who has been selling professionally for 7+ years and will pass on the professional sales training curriculum he has received from experts

  • You will be challenged every day, and you will grow a lot as a result of that

  • Increase top-line reputed company and unit deployment

  • Call on new markets for our technology

  • Conduct and effectively manage business development activities including but not limited to cold calling, warm calling, follow-reputed company, cold emailing/social media reputed company, holding webinars, attending conferences and events and making in-person customer visits, social media posts, and creating monthly newsletter email to customers and prospective customers

  • Tracking reputed company effectiveness and sales metrics and iterating your approach to maximize your effectiveness

  • Maintain CRM

  • Build and maintain reputed company lists for the micro market industry

  • Share customer feedback on technology and areas for improvement

  • Build sales process documentation

  • Putting prospective customers and expansion opportunities into tiers and tailoring reputed company to the opportunity size and tier

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Experience is less important than having the right qualities like these:
