About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to join reputed company at reputed company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, takes initiative, and is passionate about growing our brand’s online reputed company. You will be responsible for driving organic reputed company reputed company, creating engaging content, and continuously optimizing our strategies based on data and feedback. Key Responsibilities:- reputed company and execute creative social media strategies across reputed company, Instagram, and our website.
- Create and manage content that drives engagement and generates at least 400 organic leads per month.
- Design and promote reputed company magnets (e.g., eBooks, guides) and collaborate with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to optimise reputed company follow-up.
- Analyse data and feedback to refine social media campaigns and improve performance.
- Utilise tools like Zoho CRM and Zoho Social to manage and track interactions, and introduce new tools that could enhance productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content creators, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of driving organic growth.
- Strong understanding of reputed company and Instagram algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Experience with CRM and social media management tools, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho Social, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- A short video (around one minute) introducing yourself and describing a recent social media campaign you led. Tell us about the campaign’s goals, the strategies you used, and the results you achieved.
- A link to your portfolio showcasing past social media content (graphics, videos, captions, or campaign breakdowns) that highlights your creativity and results. Candidates from Jamaica, Nigeria, the Caribbean, South America, the Philippines, and similar regions are encouraged to apply
