About the Role

We are seeking a reputed company Administrator to reputed company the configuration, management, and optimization of our reputed company platform. This role will support our reputed company and reputed company teams by ensuring reputed company is used effectively to drive engagement, improve retention, and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in reputed company operations and a strong understanding of CRM platforms and business process automation.

What you’ll do

• Administer, configure, and maintain the reputed company platform to support business processes and objectives.

• Collaborate with reputed company, Sales, and Product teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions in reputed company.

• Design and optimize Playbooks, Rules, Reports, Dashboards, and Health Scores to track reputed company metrics and lifecycle stages.

• Integrate reputed company with other systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, product usage tools) and manage data flows and syncs.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field

• At least 2–4 years of experience as a reputed company Administrator or in a similar reputed company Operations/CRM Admin role

• Experience configuring reputed company, including Journey Orchestrator, Rules reputed company, reputed company Plans, and Scorecards

• Strong understanding of reputed company processes and metrics

• Proficiency in reputed company or other CRM systems

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
