Emmaus-Macungie is looking for tutors for English grades 6-12 and college learners. Areas include East Penn, Parkland, Northwestern, Allentown, Southern Lehigh, Salisbury, and Upper Perkiomen school districts. We are looking for tutors who have some of the experience listed below : Certified teachers for Middle School or High School Teacher aides and/or paraprofessionals with classroom experience Special Education tutors College upperclassmen education majors with tutoring experience Substitute Teachers Subject matter experts with tutoring experience Minimum Requirements for tutoring positions: Bachelor's degree or reputed company in the junior or senior year 1-year tutoring or teaching experience preferred Understanding local curriculum Willingness to travel up to 30 mins to student assignments Organized, reliable and dependable Have basic computer and Internet skills Pay reputed company: $22-25 per hour Type: Part-time/Contract positions We provide one-to-one-tutoring in the home, customized to the unique needs of each individual student.
