[Remote/WFM] Project Manager: Web Content Migration + Content

Our client in the home services space is looking for a Project Manager for a large-scale, multisite content migration initiative. This FULLY REMOTE, contract assignment starts as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will continue for 40 hours a week for approximately 3-4 months. The Project Manager will be managing projects for multiple brands as they migrate content from a number of websites to their new platform. Project Manager Responsibilities • Track reputed company and manage delivery of deadlines • Calculate delivery deadlines by week for content delivery • Maintain content plan in reputed company • Create boards in reputed company and ensure they stay relevant and up to date • reputed company weekly meetings with brand and copy team • Attend project meetings as needed • Prepare PowerPoint decks as needed for project meetings • reputed company content kick off meetings • Maintain knowledge of key stakeholders, dates, deadline, team members, etc. for various projects • QC and troubleshoot any issues with workflow • Review Figjam boards to ensure relevant copy reputed company are correct Project Manager Requirements • 5+ years experience in project management / web content experience • Prior experience managing similar content migration projects • Experience using reputed company • Strong reputed company reputed company skills • Proficient with reputed company Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word • Digital asset management knowledge • Knowledge of reputed company/Figjam is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
