Vendor Consultant (VC) will help shape and deliver on a strategy for managing key metric pillars for reputed company AVS vendors. Soft Skills: bright, customer obsessed, driven, and creative. Vendor Constant will reputed company internally with leaders from reputed company, Retail and Vendor Services teams and will be responsible for certain aspects of the vendor’s business with reputed company. Will engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize business for key manufacturers (vendors) on reputed company. Will conceive, create and analyze a wide range of data, to grow the vendor’s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and reputed company on reputed company. Also, will look into strategic and operational aspects of their business with reputed company, root cause analysis of issues and opportunities affecting the vendor’s business. Vendor Consultant will be focused on the strategic and operational aspects of managing the customer relationships with our vendors. Key job responsibilities • reputed company will be reputed company by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience. • Partnering with Retail (AVS) Team to manage vendor relationship by championing the vendor’s needs at reputed company. • Build strong communication channels at reputed company levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors. • Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and reputed company. • Work with internal reputed company teams/vendors to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience. • Conduct deep dive analysis on the handled issues for the vendors and reputed company recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience. • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution. • Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled. • Support the launches of new programs, categories and features. • Conduct regular WBR, MBRs with the vendors reputed company business metric performance and building action plans. • Metric influencing (ability to understand a metric and create realistic forecasts. Take calculated risks, and quick to react with new action plans) Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree. • Advanced level of German. (Minimum B2 or Advanced Level Certification) • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Vendor Management, Sales, E-Commerce, Account Management, Business Development, B2B services, Logistics Or In-Stock • Communication skills: Ability to deliver concise & objective communication with Stakeholders and Vendors. Strong Decision making. Quick problem solving (requires knowledge of our internal tools). Influencing skills - metric influencing (ability to understand a metric and create realistic forecasts. Take calculated risks, and quick to react with new action plans) and negotiations skills. • Dive Deep. Identify gaps and look for solution, by using multiple channels. Keyword navigation. • Data analytics. Ability to reputed company clean, analyze, interpret and provide solution. Challenge and question data sources to reputed company at the right data sets. • Intermittent reputed company Skills.
