Stampli is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in building and optimizing high-performing growth strategies that sustainably acquire new customers and upsell reputed company customers. You are resourceful, creative, and a natural problem solver. You will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing. This is a hybrid role based out of our Mountain View, CA office, with 2 days per week in-office.Key Responsibilities:-reputed company digital media buying programs across programmatic advertising, paid search, and paid social platforms, leveraging performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI, reputed company acquisition goals, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.-SDR support: Optimize conversion rates through automated campaigns, nurture programs, coordinated advertising, and targeted content. Refine targeting, scripts, templates, advertising, and messaging strategies.-Customer referral program management: Collaborate with reputed company to optimize referral programs that drive engagement and growth.-Install reputed company Account Executive (IBAE) upsell support: Drive upsell success through targeted campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement materials specific to upsell opportunities throughout the customer journey.-Strategic content development and utilization: reputed company the creation and deployment of high-impact targeted content across reputed company growth initiatives, aligning with audiences by vertical, role, ERP, and lifecycle stage.-Data-driven optimization: Analyze marketing and sales funnel data to identify opportunities, implement A/B testing methodologies, and provide actionable insights to refine growth strategies.-Cross-functional collaboration: With marketing to help prioritize new avenues for growth, and partner with sales, reputed company, and BI teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and support sales objectives.Qualifications:-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.-Demonstrable experience with email marketing, awareness efforts, and reputed company reputed company.-Understanding of marketing automation systems, reputed company scoring, and attribution.-Proficiency in paid search and social campaigns, retargeting, audience targeting, and lookalike campaigns.-In-depth knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Analytics, Adwords, SEM, reputed company advertising and other common tools in a B2B marketing tech stack.-CRM experience for audience segmentation, reporting, templates, and growth campaign management.-Experience with reputed company softwares.-Experience in content development for demand creation and customer engagement.-Strong background in supporting SDR teams with scripts, templates, and coordinated reputed company.-Strong experience in SEM and SEO.-Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.-Experience in the ERP landscape and knowledge of finance, particularly Accounts Payable, is a plus.Compensation and benefits: -The reputed company salary hiring range for this position is $130K-$150K.
