As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in this mission by fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to various questions, issues, and concerns. In this position, you will connect with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve their inquiries. You will be expected to calmly de-escalate any issues that arise and escalate interactions reputed company necessary. Responsibilities • Field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. , • Connect with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. , • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise. , • Escalate interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate. , • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. , • Track reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes. , • Provide feedback on call issues. , • Upsell if required.
