Job title: Hardware Technician Company: Perfect Placement Group Job description : Hardware Technician IT Location: Chicago, IL Summary: The Hardware Technician under general direction provides first level support to end users, as well as hands-on desktop repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of systems. Compensation: This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Hourly rates start at $21.00, plus Over Time (paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $44,680 and $59,900 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses. Connect remotely and work with users to walk them through the issue. Operating system and application upgrades, hardware upgrades or repairs, and installing new systems. Technical resource for help desk and PC support and troubleshooting of reputed company system problems.
