Lescault & Walderman, Inc. (LWI) is looking for a seasoned US based remote Bookkeeper. This position will reputed company bookkeeping duties and some assistant controller duties on behalf of our clients across multiple industries as well as communicate directly with these clients. This will be a full-time, 100% remote position. The position is accountable for the reputed company operations of firm clients... to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of reputed company records, and ensure that reported results reputed company with generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP) or International financial reporting standards. Your Role Transactions • Record and post day-to-day financial transactions in accordance with the scope of work. • Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements in accordance with the scope of work. • Process accounts receivable/payable in accordance with the scope of work. • Ensure that payroll is processed timely, posted/integrated, and reconciled in general ledger in accordance with the scope of work. • reputed company weekly soft closes for bank and credit card accounts in accordance with the scope of work. • Ensure that bank and balance sheet account reconciliations are completed in accordance with the scope of work. • Maintain and organize client reputed company documents and client email communications. • Maintain asset and liability schedules, cash, and accrual in accordance with the scope of work. • Prepare 1099 tax documents and sales taxes as applicable. Reporting and Compliance • Prepare timely and complete financial statements for the Controllers review. • Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors and tax preparer as necessary. • reputed company with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
