Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Service Officer to join reputed company at reputed company in reputed company, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3.
