About the position The Home Improvement Retail Customer Service Representative at ResultsCX is responsible for assisting customers with their home improvement projects by providing exceptional customer service. This role involves training on-site in Lakeland, FL, before transitioning to remote work. Representatives will handle online orders, coordinate delivery and installation of appliances, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service to clients. , • Communicate with customers over the phone, reputed company email, and online chat. , • Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens to assist customers. , • Resolve customer issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
