About the position The Call Center Representative position at reputed company is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients in a reputed company setting. The representative will manage incoming calls, assist patients with appointment scheduling, and support the interdisciplinary care delivery model. This remote position requires candidates to have experience with electronic medical records and strong communication skills to enhance patient access and understanding. Responsibilities • Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients. , • Assist patients in managing appointments and care. , • Provide extraordinary customer service and problem-solving support. , • Facilitate the work of an interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model. , • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding.
