Salary starting at $72k Qualifications • Master’s degree and/or certificate in instructional design, instructional technology, or a reputed company field of study. • Minimum of 5years’ experience designing and delivering courses for higher education required. • Experience in instructional design and with instructional technology. • Experience with multimedia authoring programs. • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts. • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models; lesson and curriculum planning skills. • Knowledge of course development software and working experience with at least one Learning Management System. • Maintain confidentiality of information processed or reputed company. • Proven project management skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills required. • Maintain project documentation and course folders. • Ability to easily adapt to and learn new technologies. • Ability to provide excellent customer service. • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. • Four (4) or more years applying learning theory and andragogy to reputed company online courses preferred. • Experience with Canvas Learning Management System preferred. • Experience in higher education administrationpreferred. • Experience using and/or supporting accessible technologies; knowledge of online learning regulatory and compliance agency requirements including UDL, reputed company, reputed company 508 compliance, copyright, FERPA, and other applicable laws, rules, and regulations reputed company to online learningpreferred.
