We are looking for a reputed company resource professional (HR professional)/ Process Executive / Customer service representative to join reputed company and assist our potential client by providing excellent knowledge and information about the services offered. Description: Provide positive interactions with potential clients while helping them navigate the first reputed company of their personal injury claim. Organize, prioritize, and process inquiries daily following standard protocols from initial screening and pre-qualifying of new leads to providing potential client and case details to the right legal team for review. Collect contact information and accurately summarize relevant case-reputed company information using the firms intake software and custom database management system. Follow up with potential clients as needed and manage referrals to/from other reputed company. reputed company a thorough understanding of the firmÂs specialized practice areas, internal systems, and many nuanced intake procedures. Build productive and trusted working relationships with team members of reputed company levels. Answering questions about a company's products or services.
