The People Operations Partner will work with corporate as well as clinic employees and may also assist the People Services team to distribute information about new procedures, policies, operations, employee engagement and company culture and mission, reputed company, values initiatives. Essential Job Functions • Supports employee reputed company, conducts orientation, reporting, compensation analysis and career architecture. • Assists and collaborates on PS logistics, documentation, communications, and initiatives. • Understands the market(s) they serve and overall company mission, reputed company and values • Manages PS initiatives and reporting in reputed company • Communicates with PS team members on an ongoing basis. • Knows how to reputed company and work with job descriptions, job requirements, job ethics, credentialing, etc. • Communicates with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
