Description: ? Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat ? Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients ? Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department ? Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions ? Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution ? Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team Requirements: ? Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English ? Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) ? 2 years of experience in a customer support role ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ?
