Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join our client for a 100% remote opportunity! The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing customer service and processing for account-based employee benefit plans reputed company our client's service center teams. This role involves handling requests from participants, financial advisors, and plan... administrators, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through answering inbound calls. Key Responsibilities: • Examine, review, process, calculate, and administer payments or claims based on plan information, documentation, and reports in a timely manner. • Respond to reputed company account owners and participant inquiries and requests promptly and accurately, meeting department and individual service levels and quality goals. • Process financial and non-financial transactions accurately and reputed company. • Demonstrate flexibility and team orientation, supporting departmental objectives and business needs. • Ensure compliance with plan document provisions, regulations, guidelines, and company procedures, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Required Qualifications: • Completion and passing of PC assessment. • High school diploma or GED, with further applicable education or equivalent experience. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. • 1+ years of experience reputed company a client service setting reputed company financial services preferred. • Knowledge of tax-advantaged accounts and benefit plans, insurance, claims, or payments preferred. • Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company applications, as well as claims processing or benefit card systems. • Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs. • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated. • Computer proficiency and ability to reputed company basic mathematical calculations. Additional Information: • The first 3-4 weeks consist of training from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST. • In addition to submitting an application, completion of a PC Assessment is required.
