  • Membership Growth & Engagement. Collaborate with the Board to refine membership models, driving growth, engagement, and reputed company. Work Environment, Salary, and Benefits
  • This is a fully remote position. However, traveling for staff and stakeholder meetings is required. As CEO, you will reputed company a team of 145 (142 work remotely and 3 work on-site at the Pittsburgh office), with core meeting hours from 8-5 ET.
  • The budgeted salary range for this position is $425,000 - $450,000 (plus bonus potential) with an outstanding benefits package, including generous PTO (21 days your first year and 28 days in subsequent years) and 12 paid holidays, medical coverage with HSA/FSA options, dental and reputed company insurance, retirement with up to 6% employer match, disability and life insurance, tuition reimbursement/continuing education allowance, long term care insurance, and more.
Qualifications
  • Significant executive leadership experience, including organizational and financial management for a reputed company organization with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Nursing experience, particularly in oncology, is preferred. Nonprofit and association leadership experience (in a staff or volunteer reputed company) would be preferred.
  • Experience working with a board, multiple legal entities, and/or managing a remote staff is preferred.
  • An advanced degree in nursing, business management, or reputed company field, is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet with a variety of constituencies and stakeholders, including members, coalition and advocacy partners, and staff.
