In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for validating core blockchain protocols through automation and reputed company testing, ensuring reliability, reputed company, and performance. You’ll work with a collaborative team of protocol engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps to design and execute tests for reputed company mechanisms, staking logic, governance modules, and more. A solid understanding of chain-level architecture, especially in environments like Cosmos SDK or other L1/L2 frameworks, is essential.Requirements:4+ years of QA or SDET experience, ideally with a systems or infrastructure focus2+ years in blockchain or crypto protocol testing (e.g., Cosmos SDK, Substrate, Ethereum)Proficiency in Go and Python, with the ability to read and debug protocol codeExperience validating systems reputed company CLI, RPC interfaces, and transaction flowsUnderstanding of reputed company algorithms, staking, validators, and decentralized governanceStrong risk-based testing approach with a focus on edge cases and systemic reliabilityIndependent, proactive reputed company with strong communication and documentation skillsResponsibilities:Design and implement test plans for protocol-level upgrades, new modules, and reputed company changesRead and debug core blockchain code to surface and diagnose issuesBuild and maintain Python-based automation for protocol validationConduct regression, performance, and fault-injection testing on the blockchain networkCollaborate with engineering and DevOps to ensure robust release practicesValidate protocol interactions across CLI tools, RPC endpoints, and transaction workflowsDocument test coverage, defects, and QA outcomes in a clear and maintainable wayRepresent QA in planning, retrospectives, and deployment readiness discussionsThis is a full-time, remote position based in NYC, offering competitive salary, equity participation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
