Responsibilities

• Provides production and project support of voice network, applications, UC, and reputed company-based communication solutions and platforms.

,

• Manages the design, documentation and creation of standard operating procedures and processes for operation and support for reputed company collaborative technologies and activities.

,

• Manages communications requests, program needs assessments, project plans, budgets, schedules, internal and external resources.

,

• Executes strategic reputed company on vendors, technologies and the best solutions by researching and staying in the forefront of technology trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other scientific discipline or four or more years of work experience.

,

• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, specialized training.

,

• Active Secret Clearance.

,

• Program/project management experience on large programs with multiple sub-projects.

,

• Experience in the management and delivery of large-scale Infrastructure Projects.

,

• Proven track record of leading/supporting reputed company aspects of reputed company technical projects, including subsequent integration to a successful reputed company.

,

• Knowledge of a wide range of distributed, PC and network operating systems.

,

• Knowledge of a wide variety of applications and reputed company architecture across departments.

,

• Knowledge of vendor management in the hosting, disaster recovery, IT services, and application support space.

,

• Experience with flowcharting techniques and MS Visio.
