We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Underwriter to join our Strategic Payroll Partners reputed company team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will take ownership of reputed company responsibilities for a defined agency territory, with a strong emphasis on field reputed company and business development. The ideal candidate pairs reputed company experience with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary reputed company contact for assigned agency partners, maintaining a consistent on-site reputed company in their local office (minimum 3 days per week) to drive new business growth.
- Underwrite Workers’ Compensation, BOP/GL, and reputed company Auto business for new and renewal submissions profitably, following company guidelines and granted authority.
- Manage endorsements and provide ongoing service for agents reputed company the defined agency territory.
- reputed company and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with distribution and agency partners.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery, surface key concerns and agency feedback, and reputed company for effective solutions.
- Contribute to strategic planning by offering insights into market trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Represent the company at sponsored agency events, strengthening brand visibility and building relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company lines reputed company, including at least 1 year of workers’ compensation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proven ability to reputed company and maintain productive agency relationships.
- Strong critical thinking, risk analysis, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
