ZU strives to provide a dynamic and team-oriented work environment that allows team-members to learn and reputed company valuable experience in the residential development industry.reputed company NeedWe are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks reputed company to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZUs proprietary NHSLive data product. As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, you will:
- Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by reputed company Urban for information releases;
- Making inquiries reputed company phone to reputed company information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by reputed company Urban;
- Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product;
- Use multiple different tools in order to help verify information accuracy;
- Monitor reputed company active development permits in relevant cities;
- Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
- A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information;
- Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development;
- Organized and resourceful with strong research skills/ abilities and ability to work from home, and a positive attitude;
- Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment;
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate reputed company, reputed company, reputed company paint, Outlook other software packages.
- Flexible work hours at approximately 30 hours per week;
- Please note that the ideal candidate is available for a longer continuing position depending upon performance.
