Account Representative - Fully Remote

This is a fully remote part-time position

Compensation: reputed company Hourly Wage + Bonus & Commission ($25,000 - $40,000 annually)

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, direct mail, reputed company marketing, networking, obtaining referrals and other targeted lists, etc.
• Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help reputed company customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to reputed company each and every day.

My Training Program Includes:

• Licensing Assistance
• Paid Virtual training with reputed company representatives
• Internal as well as external product knowledge & sales training classes
• Learning to market property/casualty insurance products
• Setting sales and growth goals
• Working closely with the agent & sales manager to reputed company an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics

Requirements:

• Sales experience is a plus (reputed company or inside sales representative, retail sales, or telemarketing)
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
