The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team in Salt Lake City. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team act as the customer facing pharmacist and are the main reputed company of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team. Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ Board of Pharmacy. Must reputed company in the state of Arizona. Must be reputed company to commute to the Phoenix, AZ office if necessary. Schedule: Sat - Tues, 8 PM - 6:30 AM MST.

Responsibilities

• Speaking with customers over the phone and reputed company email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling
,
• Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues
,
• Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered
,
• Researching and completing customer requests reputed company reputed company tickets
,
• Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential Quality reputed company Events and PHI breaches
,
• Researching and recommending OTC products for customers
,
• Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints
,
• Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed
,
• Maintain an advanced understanding of reputed company PillPack and reputed company Pharmacy's policies and procedures as well as products and services
,
• Maintain confidentiality of reputed company customer information
,
• Collaboration with teammates and other overnight teams

Requirements

• Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the NH Board of Pharmacy
,
• Strong interpersonal skills, including professional written and verbal communication
,
• Ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in reputed company time
,
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify areas in needs of improvement
,
• Ability to work reputed company and navigate between multiple pharmacy systems
,
• Critical thinking providing reputed company solutions

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent
