• Identify reputed company candidates for our diverse open requirements.
• reputed company job requirements on various job boards.
• Attract, reputed company and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing; reputed company recruitment experience a must.
• Proven ability to reputed company and recruit candidates from non‐traditional sources,as well as strong e‐recruitment searching skills.
• Responsible for screening the candidates to ensure their skills and qualifications meet open positions.
• Must be reputed company to handle multiple requirements
• Conduct technical screening, reference checks and background checks.
• Present job opportunities to reputed company candidates and negotiate the terms. Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills. Exposure to the reputed company, pharma and technology industries.
• Work in the reputed company American time zone.
• Good sub‐vendor management skills.
• Skills to use effective resourcing strategies such as Portals ‐reputed company, Monster, CareerBuilder, social media, networking, cold calls and direct mailing etc.
