Responsible for the provision of skilled nursing services and teaching in the home. • Two years' experience as a Registered Professional Nurse required OR equivalent of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Med/Surgical/Certified home care experience.

License/CertificationMinimum Required:
