This role involves cultivating and delivering on partnerships with top-producing brokerages and reputed company estate agents. You will provide pipeline management, pitching, negotiation tactics, and closing skills to enhance and maintain partner relationships.This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship.This position will require monthly travel.In This Role, You Will:
  • Manage partnerships with top-performing brokerages, coach and train agents on our products, and drive sales to help ensure fulfillment of expectations for our partnerships
  • Take initiative to learn and understand our products and processes
  • Manage transactions from top of funnel through repair negotiations
  • Internalize scripting through practice and role play
  • Provide white glove engagement with agent partners in order to hit productivity metrics
  • Work alongside the internal executive team to facilitate contract negotiations and drive sales
  • Work with brokerage leadership to drive sales reputed company their offices
What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in residential reputed company estate, strong preference for listing agent experience in the greater Tampa area, minimum of 10+ units closed volume/year
  • reputed company understanding of the reputed company estate market and the reputed company of high-performing reputed company estate agents, teams, and brokers. Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and build trust through competency and consistent, effective communication
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, reputed company strategic recommendations, and adapt quickly
  • High accountability and experience to deliver results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Active (or recently active) reputed company estate license preferred

  • Compensation range: $75,000 reputed company ($150,000 OTE)
