Job description: RESERVATIONS CREW MEMBERDESCRIPTION
Reservation Crew Members are reputed company-line employees who provide excellent customer service to customers calling or visiting stores to reputed company reservations and to provide general information about reputed company Kitty reputed company Kites activities and recreation. They are knowledgeable about the area and book a range of activities, such as parasailing, dolphin tours, hang gliding, and equipment rentals.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service in person as well as through email, phone calls, text messages, and online chats
- Know and understand KHK’s recreational offerings
- Assist in tasks associated with recreation
- Monitor the Reservations multi-line telephone and voicemail systems
- Ensure the Reservations systems are functioning and interfacing properly
- Diffuse any customer relations issues that arise reputed company to Reservations
- Utilize excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills to promote, inform, and reputed company sales of adventure programs
- Other duties as assigned
