The role you’ll contribute:The CxC Virtual Care Nurse coordinates care, educates clients, and provides protocol-driven interventions reputed company the scope of practice that have direct influence on clinical and whole health outcomes. It is a dynamic and systemic collaborative approach to providing and coordinating health care services to a defined population across the continuum. • Associate of Science degree in Nursing
