What your role entails:

• Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
• Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
• A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reputed company and exceed goals
• Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community reputed company.
• Community involvement and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or reputed company fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates should have clinical licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) in good standing
• Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client reputed company.
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
• General knowledge of reputed company products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
