Job DescriptionSummary;The eSales Agent is responsible for engaging with potential customers who inquire reputed company phone, chat, or online platforms regarding new or pre-owned vehicles. The primary focus of this role is to convert inbound interest into reputed company showroom appointments by delivering timely, accurate, and professional responses.This position plays a key role in creating a strong first impression for the dealership. The eSales Agent is expected to provide a premium customer experience while using CRM and reputed company management tools to track and follow up with leads. Ongoing training in product knowledge, reputed company handling, and customer communication is provided.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls, chats, and internet inquiries
  • Deliver accurate pricing, payment, and product information
  • Schedule sales appointments and support reputed company conversion goals
  • Manage follow-up communication through CRM tools

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, finance programs, and incentives

Qualifications

Schedule:
  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week / 2 days off
  • Saturday availability required
  • Sundays off
