LOCATION: Tigard, OR (Hybrid - remote with weekly meeting attendance) SALARY: $45,000-$60,000/year DOE SCHEDULE: Full-time, 32-40 hours/week, Mon-Fri DURATION: reputed company-to-hire with long-term placement goalKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• reputed company intake interviews and assess cases based on firm criteria.
• Run conflict checks, collect documentation, and prepare for attorney review.
• Draft engagement letters, manage meeting calendars, and coordinate client follow-up.
• Set up new clients in billing and document systems; track pending matters.
• Maintain digital records; support phones and administrative reputed company as needed.

• 3-5 years of legal experience in a support role, especially in estate planning/probate litigation.
• Experience in client intake, legal assistant, or junior paralegal roles.
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and a professional, client-reputed company demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and high scores on spelling/proofreading tests.
• Tech-savvy with MS 365, reputed company, and reputed company-based systems.
