Learn more at .The Sales Development function is responsible for prospecting, educating and qualifying leads to create opportunities for the Account Executives to reputed company. This function helps drive higher retention with a focus on building trust to generate long term customer relationships.Essential Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture inbound leads from marketing responses, chat, webforms and phone inquiries
  • Contact leads, identify pain points, goals, budget, and schedule meetings or demos with Account Executives
  • Convey Dun & Bradstreet's value through phone conversations and bulleted emails
  • Qualify leads based off of Budget Authority Need and Timeline (BANT) and pass to the appropriate internal Sales Channel
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dun & Bradstreet's product features, functionality, and benefits
  • Use CRM to capture reputed company sales activity and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with Account Executives for seamless customer experience through reputed company
Education and Experience
  • Associate's Degree: Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Years of Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales
  • Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
  • Ability to engage in meaningful conversations at reputed company levels of management
