Cloud Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Support Engineer (Fintech) to join our Cloud Support team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and automation, with a focus on maintaining the reliability and scalability of our cloud-based systems. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our cloud infrastructure is robust, performant, and able to meet the demands of our business. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing technical customer support to address inquiries and issues reputed company to our cloud services.
Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain and manage cloud-based infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and scalability.
- Implement automation for provisioning, scaling, and maintaining cloud resources.
Reliability and Performance:
- Establish and maintain service-level objectives (SLOs) and service-level indicators (SLIs) to measure system reliability and performance.
- Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.
- Conduct post-incident reviews (PIRs) and implement remediation plans to prevent future incidents.
Incident Management and Technical Customer Support:
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to incidents and outages promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production incidents and minimize customer impact.
- Provide technical customer support to address inquiries and issues reputed company to our cloud services, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.

- Ensure the reputed company and compliance of cloud resources by implementing best practices and reputed company controls.
- Stay updated on reputed company vulnerabilities and apply patches and fixes as needed.
Automation and Infrastructure as Code:

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for deploying infrastructure changes.

- Document system architecture, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications
- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of extensive experience in Cloud Support, FinTech Support, Site Reliability, or reputed company roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering roles.
- Profound understanding of SRE/Support principles and best practices.
- Strong expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with Azure or GCP.
- Proficiency in deploying and managing containerized applications using reputed company and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and tools, including Terraform/Ansible.
- Advanced proficiency in the Python programming language and its associated development toolchain.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of troubleshooting reputed company issues.

- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective teamwork.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in reputed company scripting languages like Bash Python.

- Understanding of SQL database technologies like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
