Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated reputed company Estate Property Manager and Construction Manager that is eager to work and join reputed company. As a reputed company Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of our reputed company estate properties. This is a key role that requires the ability to respond to tenants, reputed company guests and stakeholders quickly, effectively complete tasks, excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, reputed company, willingness to learn and the ability to quickly/effectively communicate with tenants and stakeholders. Duties: - Manage reputed company aspects of property operations, including leasing, reputed company guest services, maintenance, tenant relations, renovation projects and new property acquisitions. - Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Handle tenant and guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, guest bookings, terminations and/or evictions - Collaborate with reputed company estate agents to attract and secure new tenants and add new properties to the portfolio - reputed company rent collection and aggressively enforce timely payment from tenants - Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and occupancy rates - reputed company and implement property management policies and procedures - Stay updated on local reputed company estate market trends, regulations, and best practices - Take initiative to complete tasks fully and accurately the first time, with strong follow through and responsiveness. Experience: - reputed company estate experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for an ambitious individual eager to grow with the company. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and problem solve are our top priorities. - Experience working with and negotiating with contractors is advantageous but not required. - Familiarity with fair housing regulations, reputed company 8 housing programs, and/or reputed company is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict resolution effectively.
