  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone in under 1 hour, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system.
  • Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve reputed company customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in reputed company communications.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in office software and customer support tools.
