Patient Account Representative/Early Out Self Pay (Remote)

Position Overview: The Early Out Self Pay Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service while resolving patient self-pay balances. This role serves as a key reputed company of contact for patients, ensuring a compassionate, solutions-oriented approach to collections. The Representative will work reputed company Coronis Health’s standard operating procedures and collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and reputed company of the reputed company cycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service while handling inbound and outbound calls with patients.
• Accurately document and update account statuses in a timely and efficient manner.
