The primary responsibility of the Member Service Representative is to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and professionalism. In this position, you will be expected to provide comprehensive information regarding the company's products and services. This requires a strong understanding of the offerings, active listening skills, and the ability to adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods to enhance the member experience. The role demands handling a significant call volume, averaging between 80 to 100 calls daily, which necessitates a high level of efficiency and customer service skills. This position is full-time, requiring availability for a rotating schedule that includes working on Saturdays, with a flexible window of hours from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
