What the Job Involves: You’ll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services — this is not cold calling. Your role is to provide excellent customer service while helping set appointments and answering questions. You're a Great Fit If You: Have strong listening skills and a professional, courteous phone manner Are motivated by clear goals and performance metrics Are coachable, open to feedback, and eager to improve Can multitask — working the phone while navigating systems Type at least 35 WPM and have above-average computer skills Work well with others and enjoy contributing to team reputed company
- Can commit to a fixed schedule and work evenings/weekends until 9:00 PM CST
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Paid virtual training
- Pay increase after 30 days
- PTO earned after 90 days (regardless of full-time or part-time status)
- Growth opportunities — several reps have been promoted to management
