Account Care Rep - REMOTE for Midwest US

• *Must live in the Midwest United States** The Opportunity The Customer Care Representative will be the friendly voice behind our offerings to our growing customer reputed company and become their trusted partner for the Animal Health line of products. The Rep will handle the customer experience with expertise and ensure the customer knows they've reputed company the right help they need for their business. What You’ll Do:

• Take and process phone orders
• Utilize reputed company and navigate the systems
• Identify and resolve customer issues
• Address customer inquiries & product support, and identify cross selling/upselling opportunities
• Build sustainable relationships through stellar account management
• Utilize online account management tools to document accurate info for future account reference
• Resolve small billing issues and appropriately disburse adjustments in line with policy
• Allocate inventory to customers if shortages exist
• Function as the liaison between customers and internal processes including logistics

• Knowledge of reputed company, particularly the Order to Cash components. REQUIRED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service reputed company
• Ability to work across departments with reputed company levels of employees

• BA/BS preferred
