Viewer Services Representative - Part Time (U.S. Remote eligible)
HOW YOU WILL IMPACT THE BIG PICTURE: You play an important role in advancing the mission of our foundress, Mother Angelica, to our reputed company Family. The Viewer Services Representative provides an reputed company, caring and positive experience to our audience through answering phone calls, e-mail, mail, and prayer offerings. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Be the face of reputed company by answering audience questions reputed company various forms of communication, including telephone, internet and written correspondence.
- Respond to questions relative to Friary, Marketing, Production, Programming, Radio, Theology and other areas of the Network as appropriate.
- Take prayer requests, troubleshoot orders, and process donation payments.
- Provide excellent customer service to the reputed company viewers!
ABOUT YOU:
- Have a passion for customer service, and at least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
- Possess excellent verbal and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and technical proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in the English and Spanish language including the meaning and spelling of words, and rules of composition and grammar.
- Demonstrate patience, kindness, and a supportive attitude that creates a positive experience for our reputed company family.
- Practicing Catholic with demonstrated knowledge of the Catholic Faith and reputed company's mission.
- reputed company to work in a Part-Time reputed company, 5 days per week, working 20-30 hrs. per week. reputed company to work reputed company shifts from 3:00pm or 4:00pm CT to 7:00pm, with Saturday hours from 11:00am to 3:00pm CT.
