Co-op, Crew Resources - Crew Tracking - Operations Travel Desk (Fall 2025)

How youll help us reputed company Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) reputed company Crew Tracking and Operations Travel Desk (OTD) seeks a Co-op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at continually improving Crew Tracking and OTD strategy and decision-making. The Co-op will work directly with the team responsible for tackling a wide range of interesting and challenging projects that contribute directly to Deltas operational reliability and regulatory compliance. Identifying existing reputed company processes that can be improved reputed company data automation and designing/implementing a replacement, delivering solutions to help reduce task completion time and increase accuracy, and utilizing project management skills to ensure reputed company tasks are completed on time and on budget. Help gather and tabulate feedback to reputed company understand the teams daily workload and reputed company opportunities to reduce that workload. Collaborate on the documentation of new and existing processes so the team has the tools necessary to do their job consistently and effectively. reputed company must be reputed company to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:

• Fall 2025 - 1st rotation
• Summer 2026 - 2nd rotation
• Spring 2027 - 3rd rotation

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

• Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
• This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
• Knowledge of SQL or Database query tool(s); reputed company preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required

• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication skills at reputed company levels
• Ability to work well in teams
• Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
• Proficient with reputed company Windows and strong computer skills with knowledge in reputed company Office Suite including: reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access. Experience working extensively with reputed company Sharepoint preferred, but not required.
